Dbayit Builders offers construction-related services including, but not limited to:

Residential and commercial building

Remodeling and renovations

General contracting

Custom construction and design-build services

All services will be provided in accordance with written agreements, estimates, or contracts agreed upon by the client and Dbayit Builders.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All cost estimates are based on the information available at the time of quoting.

Final pricing may vary depending on changes in project scope, materials, labor, or unforeseen site conditions.

Additional work not included in the initial estimate will be billed separately, subject to client approval.

3. Project Timelines

We aim to meet project deadlines as estimated, but timelines may be affected by weather conditions, supply delays, permit issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Clients will be notified of any significant delays or changes to the schedule.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide access to the job site as needed

Communicate changes or concerns promptly

Ensure necessary permits or approvals are obtained unless otherwise agreed

Make timely payments according to the agreed terms

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in the project contract or invoice.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges or suspension of work.

Dbayit Builders retains the right to place a lien on the property for unpaid work or materials, in accordance with local laws.

6. Warranties

We provide a limited warranty on labor and workmanship, typically valid for [e.g., 12 months] from the date of project completion.

Manufacturer warranties may apply to materials used.

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or unauthorized alterations.

7. Liability

Dbayit Builders is insured and will take reasonable precautions to prevent damage or injury.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Clients are responsible for securing and insuring the property during construction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. If termination occurs:

The client must pay for all work completed to date

Dbayit Builders will provide a final invoice

Any deposits may be non-refundable, depending on the contract

9. Intellectual Property

All design plans, drawings, and proposals provided by Dbayit Builders remain our intellectual property unless transferred by agreement. These may not be used, copied, or distributed without our written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state/province/country in which Dbayit Builders operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

Dbayit Builders reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or as otherwise communicated.
